How we handle website visits, demonstrations and business inquiries.

True Vector Strategic Operations Group LLC (“True Vector,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects the importance of personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose information through our public website and related business inquiries, and how you can contact us about your privacy.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers the True Vector public website, its contact forms, website demonstrations and our responses to inquiries. It also covers the contact information we use to manage those business relationships.
BEACON, SIGNAL, SIGNAL Plus and TANGO are separate services. This notice covers the public website, sample demonstrations and business inquiries; it is not a complete notice for live customer workspaces or assessment participation. Before providing information in a live assessment, review the privacy information presented there and ask the sponsoring organization or info@tvsog.com if anything is unclear. Processing on an organization’s behalf also depends on its instructions, the service agreement and applicable law.
Creating an account does not purchase or activate paid services. The standard SIGNAL assessment is free; SIGNAL Plus and other paid programs are arranged separately.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send. Our business inquiry form requests your name, work email address, company and business question. Emails and follow-up conversations may contain other information you provide, such as your role, telephone number or details about the help you need.
Please limit your initial inquiry to what we need to understand your question. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, personnel records or confidential information about another person through the public contact form.
Website and device information. Our website hosting and security providers may process technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, timestamps and error or security logs. The information actually collected depends on the website’s configuration.
Framer’s built-in analytics report visits, page views, referring sources, device and browser categories, and approximate country. These measurements are not a request for precise GPS location. Our contact form uses Framer’s basic spam protection to help identify unwanted submissions.
3. How we use information
We use information covered by this policy to:
• Review your inquiry, respond and discuss the assistance you requested.
• Manage our business communications and records.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and protect the website.
• Understand website use where the disclosed measurement tools are enabled.
• Meet legal obligations, address misuse and establish or defend legal claims.
Sending an inquiry does not create a paid account, purchase a subscription or authorize an assessment launch. Any separately requested service follows its own setup and agreement process.
We do not use inquiry details to enroll you in promotional emails or build advertising audiences. We use them to handle your request and related business communications.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and protecting our website, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. You may contact us to ask about the basis for a particular use.
4. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
The website uses Framer’s built-in analytics, which Framer describes as operating without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. The contact form uses basic spam protection. Campaign tracking for form submissions is disabled. We have not added advertising pixels or session-replay scripts through Framer’s custom site-code settings. Browser settings can restrict cookies and other storage, but they do not necessarily disable cookie-free measurement or essential security processing.
We do not offer targeted advertising based on your inquiries. This website does not provide a separate cookie-preferences panel or a custom response to Do Not Track signals. You may send privacy or opt-out requests to info@tvsog.com. Any legally applicable opt-out preference signals must be honored for the processing to which they apply; this notice does not represent that all provider services respond identically.
5. When information is disclosed
Framer hosts our public website and processes website traffic and contact-form submissions. Our contact form sends inquiries to info@tvsog.com through our email service. Assembly provides our customer portal and supports its hosting and related services through its providers. We also use providers for communications, security and business administration. These providers process information under the arrangements applicable to their services. True Vector remains responsible for its own use of information and for handling privacy requests concerning our activities. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect people or our rights, investigate misuse, or carry out a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements. We may disclose information at your direction or with your consent.
We do not use business inquiry details for promotional emails or advertising audiences, or provide them to other businesses for their own marketing. Processing by our hosting, email and AI providers to support our work is separate from those marketing activities.
6. Demonstrations, AI and assessment privacy
The public BEACON and SIGNAL demos use fictional organizations, sample information and scripted TANGO guidance. They can be explored without signing in or paying. Advancing through a demo does not launch an assessment, create customer work, assign tasks or purchase a service. Creating a portal account does not purchase or activate paid program access.
Live TANGO operates within the Assembly-hosted services and is distinct from the scripted public demos and our internal email tools. This website notice does not establish the AI model, data flow or retention settings for a live customer deployment. Those details must be addressed for the applicable service before customer or participant information is used there.
We use OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot through paid business accounts to help review inquiries and prepare correspondence. This may involve processing names, contact details and business information included in a message. Microsoft Copilot is used for True Vector’s email and internal business work. These uses are separate from TANGO in the Assembly-hosted platform. Provider processing, retention and any model-training restrictions depend on the applicable service, agreement and account settings. We do not promise zero retention or that every AI service uses the same safeguards.
Assessment privacy depends on the specific collection, access and reporting arrangements described to participants. Not every assessment is anonymous; names or contextual details in free-text answers can reveal identity. AI Readiness reflects participants’ perspectives across five areas. It is not a technical audit, certification or guarantee of business outcomes. Its question-level findings require enough substantive responses before they are shown.
7. Retention and security
For business inquiries that do not become customer engagements, we retain inquiry records for 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete or de-identify them, unless a legal obligation or legal hold requires longer retention. Customer service records, assessment responses and reports follow the applicable service agreement and retention arrangements. Contracts, invoices and tax records are retained separately for applicable accounting and legal requirements. Provider logs and backups follow the relevant provider arrangements; deleting an inquiry from our active records does not promise immediate deletion from every backup.
You may ask us to delete inquiry information before the normal retention period ends. We will assess the request under applicable law and coordinate with relevant providers where needed. Retention needed for legal obligations, disputes or security may limit immediate deletion.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website or method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose what to include in an inquiry, use available browser and website controls, and opt out of promotional communications where offered.
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, obtain a copy of, correct or delete personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or opt out of certain uses or disclosures. Some laws also provide a right to appeal a decision about a request or complain to a privacy regulator. These rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
To make a request, contact info@tvsog.com. We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within five business days and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. Please do not send sensitive identification documents unless we specifically arrange a suitable method. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
If your request concerns information handled for an organization using our services, identify that organization. We may refer you to its administrator or coordinate with it as required. We do not need identifying information added to an anonymous response simply to make the response identifiable for a request.
To appeal our response where applicable law provides that right, email info@tvsog.com with the subject “Privacy appeal.” An authorized agent may contact us using the same address; we may request evidence of authority. You may also contact the regulator responsible for your location.
9. Children and international processing
Our public website and business inquiry services are intended for professional and business use and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
True Vector is based in Florida, United States. This website notice concerns business visitors and inquiries; eligibility and privacy arrangements for participants in an organization’s assessment must be addressed in that service’s setup.
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Framer is based in the Netherlands; its data-processing terms describe international transfer mechanisms including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where applicable. Assembly describes United States hosting and processing. Our email and AI providers operate under their own service and data-processing arrangements. We do not promise United States-only processing. 10. Other websites and changes to this policy
Links may take you to a customer portal or a third-party website with its own privacy information. Review the notice applicable to the destination and the activity you undertake there.
We may update this policy as our practices or requirements change. We will publish the updated policy with a revised effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when legally required. Updating this page does not by itself authorize an incompatible new use of information previously collected.
