Terms for using our public website, demonstrations and inquiry forms.

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the public True Vector website and its website demonstrations. The website is operated by True Vector Strategic Operations Group LLC (“True Vector,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Please read these terms before using the website.
1. Website use and separate service agreements
These terms describe the conditions on which we make the website available. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
BEACON, SIGNAL, SIGNAL Plus, TANGO and any consulting or other contracted services may require separate agreements, account permissions and participation notices. Those agreements govern the services within their scope. These website terms do not replace them, grant access to paid features, amend an existing customer agreement or create a service order.
Our Privacy Policy explains the personal-information practices covered by that policy. It is a notice of those practices, not blanket consent to additional processing.
2. What the website provides
The website introduces True Vector and explains how our offerings can help organizations collect perspectives, understand findings and manage follow-through within their available capability.
Website descriptions are general information. The features, scope, availability, fees and support included in a particular service are those specified in the applicable offer and agreement. The website does not promise a particular business result, financial return, level of participation or improvement.
3. Demonstrations and AI-assisted information
Examples labeled “sample,” “scripted” or “demonstration” are illustrative. They do not represent actual customer findings or a live assessment. Interacting with a scripted example does not itself create an account, send a survey, assign work or approve a purchase.
AI-assisted information can contain errors, omissions or misleading interpretations. Review relevant information and use appropriate human judgment before acting. Website content and demonstrations are not a substitute for legal, accounting, medical, employment or other professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.
Within the applicable services, the operating principle is: Human approves. BEACON executes. TANGO guides. The actual permissions and approval requirements are established by the relevant service and agreement. A website demonstration does not authorize activity in a customer workspace.
4. Your use of the website
Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not:
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or information.
• Interfere with the website, bypass access controls or introduce malicious code.
• Use contact forms for spam, impersonation, harassment or unlawful material.
• Submit information you are not entitled to provide.
• Copy, alter or redistribute website material in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
• Present demonstrations, sample findings or True Vector branding as an endorsement or as your own verified work.
We may restrict access to the public website to address abuse, security threats or violations of these terms, consistent with applicable law. Paid-account suspension or termination is governed by the applicable service agreement. Nothing in these terms prevents activity that applicable law expressly protects.
5. Inquiries and information you submit
Provide accurate contact information and only the business context reasonably needed to explain your inquiry. You retain your rights in information you submit. You permit us to receive, store, review and use an inquiry to respond and take the steps you request, consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your material to us.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical records, personnel files or sensitive information about other people through public contact forms. Arrange an appropriate process with us before sharing confidential business materials.
An inquiry does not establish a confidential consulting engagement, approve a project or obligate either party to purchase or deliver services. This does not reduce our obligations under applicable privacy law or an existing confidentiality agreement. A form receipt confirms receipt only; acceptance of work requires the relevant agreement or approval.
6. Complimentary and paid offerings
The standard SIGNAL assessment is free and will remain free. Our public BEACON and SIGNAL demonstrations can be explored without signing in or paying. SIGNAL Plus, including AI Readiness, is a separate paid offering. Exploring a demo, taking the standard assessment or creating a portal account does not purchase or activate paid services.
Paid services require the applicable offer, agreement and payment authorization. Prices, included use, billing periods, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be provided in that purchasing process. These website terms do not set those commercial terms, enroll you in recurring billing or convert a complimentary activity into a paid subscription.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, True Vector or its licensors hold the applicable rights in the website’s original text, design, graphics, demonstrations, software and branding. You may view the website and share links for legitimate personal or business evaluation. You may not remove ownership notices or use our names or marks in a manner that suggests affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement without permission.
Rights to customer information, assessment responses, reports and other service outputs are addressed in the applicable service agreement and law. These website terms do not transfer those rights or grant us a license to reuse customer data for unrelated purposes.
8. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites, tools or services. Their applicable terms and privacy notices govern your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices that we do not control. This provision does not remove obligations we have for providers we engage to perform services on our behalf.
9. Availability, accuracy and responsibility
We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the public website. We do not guarantee that website access will always be uninterrupted or that every description will remain current. Any contractual service commitments are addressed separately.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and its illustrative materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, True Vector will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the public website or reliance on its illustrative materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits non-waivable rights, excuses fraud or willful misconduct, or overrides an obligation in an applicable customer agreement. This website provision does not set a liability limit for contracted services.
These website terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights or establish a monetary liability cap. Any separate service agreement must be reviewed on its own terms.
10. Addressing concerns and changes
If you have a concern about the website, contact us using the details below. We welcome an opportunity to address it. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising legal rights or contacting a regulator.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with its effective date and providing any additional notice or obtaining agreement required by law. A change does not retroactively alter an accepted service agreement. If any provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
True Vector is based in Florida. These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law. This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights under other applicable laws. These terms do not require arbitration or designate an exclusive court or venue.
